Mail interaction rates and digital effectiveness reach a five-year high!

The JICMAIL study tracks how much attention a package receives in a household and what other actions it triggers within 28 days — such as a visit to the advertiser's website.

JICMAIL reported 145 seconds of attention per shipment over 28 days in the household in Q2 2025. At the same time, 9.2% of shipments led to a visit to the advertiser's website. In both cases, this is a five-year high!
